What we promise, and how you’d know if we broke it

The price you join at is the price you keep

Pro is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Plus is $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year. Those numbers are read from one file in the code, and the app’s own paywall and this website read the same file, so the site can never advertise a price the app doesn’t charge.

If a price ever has to rise for new customers, existing subscriptions keep theirs. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play, and neither lets an app change what you agreed to pay without asking you first.

There is no per-channel and no per-seat pricing. Connect as many accounts as you run; the price is the same.

The free plan stays free, and stays useful

The free plan has no trial period and no end date. It schedules, publishes automatically to undefined, sends TikTok videos to your inbox, tracks your income and hosts your link page. Its limits are media storage and automatic posting to X, which needs a paid plan because X charges for every post an app sends.

We will not cut what the free plan does for people already on it. If something free ever moves behind a paid plan for new sign-ups, you keep it.

Cancelling is two taps, on your phone, with nobody to email

Because you buy through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel there too: your phone’s Subscriptions screen, tap Bloom, tap Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and there is no retention offer, no chat window and no form. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s own rules, which are the same for every app.

Deleting your account is inside the app under Setup, and it removes everything: posts, media, income records and the connections to your accounts. You can download a copy first.

No post fails silently

When a platform has a temporary problem, Bloom tries again, up to three times, before it gives up. If a post still can’t go out, you are told: a notification on your phone and, on Home, a card that shows which platform, the platform’s own reason, and a button to try again or to post it yourself. A post that failed is never recorded as sent.

If a connection stops working, Setup says so on that account, and any post due for it waits for you instead of failing one at a time. Instagram and Facebook connections show how many days remain before they need to be renewed.

No bots, no passwords, nothing behind your back

• Bloom posts only what you wrote, to accounts you connected yourself, through each platform’s official sign-in.
• Bloom never asks for the password to any paid subscription platform and never signs in to one for you. That is how creators get banned, and it is why some other tools can’t be trusted with those accounts.
• There is no generative AI in Bloom. Nothing you write is sent to a model, and nothing is written for you.
• Connections are stored encrypted and removed the moment you disconnect.

How to hold us to this

If you believe any of the above was broken, write to support with what happened. If we got it wrong, you get the month refunded through your store and a straight answer about what we changed. This page carries the date it was last edited, and the edit history is in the open.
