Income tracking
An income tracker built for creators
Most schedulers tell you how many people saw a post. Bloom also keeps the part that pays rent: every sale, tip and subscription you earn, from every platform you sell on, in one ledger next to your calendar. It is free, it is manual by design, and nothing in it is generated.
Free plan. No card needed. Works on the web, Android and iPhone.
One ledger for every platform you earn on
Each entry is a sale: what kind (a photo, a video, a custom piece, a bundle, a tip, a subscription, a paid message, or other), how much, which platform it came from, who bought it if you want to record that, and where it stands (requested, paid, delivered or refunded). Only paid and delivered entries count as money received, so a request you have not been paid for never inflates the total.
You name the source yourself. Bloom does not connect to your payout accounts or read your bank; it is a book you keep, which means it works for any platform, storefront, tip jar or brand deal, including ones no tool has an integration for.
Today and this month at a glance
What came in today, what the month has earned so far, and how many sales that was, with refunds taken out.
Repeat buyers
Record a buyer’s handle on a sale and Bloom keeps a list of who has bought from you more than once, so you know who to thank.
Expenses beside income
Log what you spend on gear, software, props or travel, so the money going out sits next to the money coming in and feeds the tax estimate.
A goal, if you want one
Set a monthly target and watch the bar fill as you log sales.
Bring in what you already have
If a platform gives you a CSV export of payouts, import it. Bloom reads the amounts and dates, lets you check what it found, and adds the rows to your ledger without duplicating entries you already typed in. A cleanup tool finds mis-logged rows (for example an auto-logged sale whose buyer field is junk) so the record stays trustworthy.
From then on, logging is a few taps on your phone when a sale comes in, or a weekly import. Either way the ledger is yours: delete any row, and download everything Bloom holds about you whenever you like.
Your best-earning hours, from your own sales
Once you have logged enough sales, Bloom shows which days and three-hour windows your money actually arrives in. It uses the same model as the best-time-to-post view and the same threshold, so the “when to post” card and the “when you earn” card never disagree about the same creator. Until there are enough sales to say anything, it says so instead of guessing.
Nothing here comes from a chart of other people’s audiences. It is your sales, your hours, your time zone.
A quarterly tax estimate you can set money aside with
For creators in the United States, Bloom reads this year’s gross income and expenses from your own ledger, annualizes them, and returns a percentage to set aside, the four quarterly amounts, and the safe-harbor floor based on what you paid last year. It is an estimate for planning, not tax advice, and the numbers are only as good as the ledger behind them. A tax professional is still the person to file with.
That is the whole point of keeping income and expenses in the same app as the posts: the estimate is one tap away from the sales that drive it.
Free on every plan, and private
Income tracking, expenses, the goal, best-earning times and the tax estimate are all on the free plan and stay there. Pro ($4.99 a month) and Plus ($12.99) buy automatic X posting and a bigger media vault, not access to your own numbers. See pricing.
Your ledger is visible only to you, in your account. It is never shown on a public page or a link-in-bio, and Bloom does not sell your data or use it for advertising. The privacy policy has the detail.
What Bloom deliberately does not do: connect to banks or payout accounts, pull sales in automatically from any platform, handle non-US tax rules, or generate commentary about your earnings. It is a ledger, kept by you, next to your posts to Instagram, Facebook and Bluesky, X and TikTok.
Frequently asked questions
Does Bloom connect to my payout or bank account?
No. You log sales yourself or import a CSV your platform gives you. That is why it works with any platform, and why nothing about your money leaves your account.
Which platforms can I track income from?
Any. Each sale carries a source you type or pick, so storefronts, subscription platforms, tip jars, brand deals and one-off commissions all go in the same ledger.
Is the income tracker free?
Yes. The ledger, expenses, goal, best-earning times and the quarterly tax estimate are on the free plan with no time limit.
Is the tax estimate real tax advice?
No. It is an estimate for setting money aside, built from your own logged income and expenses using US quarterly-payment rules and the safe-harbor floor. File with a tax professional.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can download everything Bloom holds about you at any time, delete any entry, and permanently delete your account from inside the app.
Write it once. Bloom posts it everywhere.
Connect your accounts, schedule your first post and let Bloom publish it. The free plan includes automatic posting to Instagram, Facebook and Bluesky.
