Bulk scheduling
Bulk schedule social media posts, sixty at a time
If you make content in batches, scheduling it one post at a time is the slow part. Bloom takes a whole shoot or a whole folder at once and lays it across the calendar for you. Here is exactly what it does, the limits, and what it does not do.
Free plan. No card needed. Works on the web, Android and iPhone.
How bulk scheduling works
- Upload up to 60 photos or videos at once. Each one becomes its own post. Files can be up to 25MB on the free plan and 500MB on Pro and Plus.
- Choose how many posts a day.One to four. Two is the default.
- Pick when to start.A date and time, or leave it and Bloom starts ten minutes from now.
- Bloom fills the calendar. It spreads the posts over as many days as it needs, up to 40, at your best posting hours, and keeps them clear of anything already scheduled.
- Add captions where you want them.Write a caption per item as you upload, up to 2,000 characters, or open each post afterwards and write it then.
Sixty posts at two a day is a month of content scheduled in one sitting. At four a day it is fifteen days.
Which times it picks
Until Bloom knows your audience, it uses four default hours in your own time zone: 11 am, 3 pm, 7 pm and 9 pm. Once you have logged results on eight posts, it starts scheduling at the hours that have actually worked for you, looking back over the last 180 days. Nothing is taken from a chart of other people’s followers. The method is explained in the best time to post.
Every post lands in the calendar, where you can open it, move it, or send it to its next best time with one tap.
Where the posts go
You choose the accounts once for the batch. Bloom publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages and Bluesky automatically on the free plan, posts to X on Pro and Plus, sends videos to your TikTok inbox, and prepares ready-to-post kits for Reddit, Threads, YouTube and Tumblr. Each post is fitted to each platform’s rules when it goes out: Instagram photos outside its allowed shapes are padded rather than cropped, and Bluesky and X get images sized to their limits.
If a platform refuses a post for a temporary reason, Bloom tries again after three minutes and again after fifteen before telling you. See how auto-posting works.
What bulk scheduling does not do
- No spreadsheet import. You bulk-upload media, not a CSV of captions and dates.
- No recurring posts. Each upload is scheduled once. Bloom does not re-post evergreen content on a loop.
- No generated captions. Captions are yours. Bloom has fill-in templates and a library of human-written ideas, and no AI anywhere.
- Sixty at a time. Bigger batches go in as two uploads.
- Storage is the real ceiling on the free plan. 500MB holds a lot of photos and not much video; Pro and Plus have 10GB.
