Bloom — Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Bloom is a scheduling and small-business toolkit for independent content creators, operated by The Ken Dolls LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

The short version. Bloom helps you plan posts, publish them to accounts you connect, and keep track of your own income. Your content stays yours. You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post to. We provide the tool as-is and we're not liable if a platform bans, throttles, or disagrees with you.

1. Who can use Bloom

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract where you live. Bloom is a business tool for adults; it is not directed at children. One person per account — don't share your login.

2. What Bloom does

Bloom lets you write and schedule posts, publish them to social accounts you explicitly connect, upload and organise your own media, record your own earnings and expenses, and read our guidance material. Some features publish on your behalf at times you choose.

Bloom never logs into, scrapes, or automates OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other paid creator platform. We do not ask for those passwords and cannot access those accounts.

3. Your content is yours

You keep all rights to everything you upload or write. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the platforms you have told Bloom to post to. We don't sell it, publish it elsewhere, or use it to train models.

You are responsible for having the right to post what you upload — including holding the required consent, model releases, and record-keeping documentation for every person who appears in your content.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a platform (X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Bluesky, TikTok and similar), you authorise Bloom to publish content on your behalf to that account at the times you schedule. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored credential.

Those platforms have their own rules, and their rules apply to you, not to us. You are responsible for what you publish through Bloom, including whether a post is allowed in a particular community. If a platform removes your post, restricts your reach, or suspends your account, that is between you and them.

5. What you agree not to do

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.

6. Plans and payment

Bloom is free to use today. There will always be a free plan, and we'll tell you in the app well before anything changes for you.

A paid Pro plan is coming at $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Pro raises your media vault from 500MB to 10GB and lets you upload video files up to 500MB. Scheduling, auto-posting, income tracking, best-times and every guide stay free — Pro is about space and video, not about locking away what you already use.

Founder accounts. A small number of accounts — the creators Bloom was originally built for and its owner — keep every feature free permanently, including after paid plans exist. That's set in the product itself, not a promise someone has to remember.

If you subscribe to a paid plan in future:

Taxes may be added where required. We don't store your card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

7. No guarantees about the service

Bloom is provided as-is and as-available. We don't promise that scheduled posts will always publish, that a platform's API will keep working, that guidance will suit your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Platforms change their rules and interfaces without notice, and features can break as a result — usually with no warning to us either.

Nothing in Bloom is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Our tax estimator produces rough estimates only — check anything that affects real money with a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, The Ken Dolls LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost followers, lost data, or platform account suspensions arising from your use of Bloom. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (which is nothing on the free plan). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

9. Your account

Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Setup → Your data → Delete my account, or by following the instructions at bloomforcreators.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may discontinue the service. If we shut Bloom down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Bloom after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
