Platforms

Planoly’s pricing page lists Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and X. Bluesky is not on the list.

Bloom publishes automatically to Instagram, Facebook Pages and Bluesky: photos, carousels and video, with a single video going to Instagram as a Reel. It posts to X on Pro and Plus (up to 5 a day, links on Plus only), sends TikTok videos to your inbox as a draft, and prepares ready-to-post kits for Reddit, Threads, YouTube and Tumblr. It has no LinkedIn and no Pinterest.

So the choice is partly a map: if Pinterest or LinkedIn matters to you, Planoly covers it and Bloom does not. If Bluesky does, it is the other way round.

Planning a grid, or planning a month

Planoly is known for visual planning: arranging a feed before it goes out. If the look of your Instagram grid is the thing you manage, that is Planoly’s home ground, and Bloom has no grid preview.

Bloom plans by time instead. Its calendar is a month view of every platform together, bulk scheduling spreads up to 60 uploads across it, and best times come from your own logged results. It also keeps an income ledger, which Planoly’s plans do not mention.

Which one suits you

Choose Planoly if your work is Instagram-first and visual, you post to Pinterest or LinkedIn, or you want AI suggestions for ideas and captions.

Choose Bloom if you post to Instagram, Facebook and Bluesky, want more than ten posts a month without paying, want no generated text, or want your earnings tracked beside your posts. Bloom’s limits: one person per account, results logged by hand, TikTok as a draft in your inbox.
