Common questions
Does Bloom post to OnlyFans?
No — and it never will. Bloom does not log into, scrape or automate OnlyFans, Fansly or any paid platform, because doing that breaks their rules and can get your account permanently banned. Bloom posts to the free platforms you connect (X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Bluesky, TikTok) to bring people to your paid page.
A scheduled post didn't go out
Open Setup and tap 🩺 Test next to the platform. Most failures are an expired connection — reconnecting fixes it. Platforms also reject posts for their own reasons (an image that's required and missing, a subreddit that doesn't allow link posts). Bloom shows the reason on the post and retries temporary failures automatically.
I can't connect Instagram or Facebook
Instagram must be a Business or Creator account and linked to a Facebook Page — that's Meta's requirement, not ours. Personal Instagram accounts can't be posted to by any app.
My video won't upload
Files up to 500MB work on Pro and Founder plans, 25MB on Free. If a large file fails, check your connection — the whole file has to reach us before it saves.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel in your App Store or Play Store account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We never make you email anyone to cancel.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Setup → Your data → Delete my account, or follow the steps at bloomforcreators.com/delete-account. It's immediate and permanent — your posts, media, income records and uploaded files are all removed.
Something on a Bloom link page is wrong
Anyone can report a page — no account needed. Reports about someone underage or content shared without consent are treated as urgent.
Your data
What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy. The rules for using Bloom are in the Terms of Service. You can export everything we hold on you from Setup → Your data.

If you've found a vulnerability, please email bloom4creators@gmail.com with the details before sharing it publicly, and we'll get it fixed.
